Rosera supports multiple participant roles, allowing users to engage with the system based on their risk tolerance and objectives. Each role interacts with the protocol in a distinct way.

Strategy Creator

A Strategy Creator deploys a Strategy Vault and defines its risk parameters, including maximum drawdown. They execute strategies across integrated DeFi layers and earn management and performance fees based on vault performance.

Journey: Create Vault → Execute Strategy → Monitor Performance → Earn Fees

Strategy LP

A Strategy LP deposits capital directly into a Strategy Vault and receives vault shares. They participate in the full upside and downside of the strategy, including drawdowns.

Journey: Deposit Capital → Receive Shares → Share in Profits or Losses → Withdraw via Shares

Lender

A Lender supplies liquidity to a vault’s associated lending market. They earn yield funded by strategy profits, without direct exposure to strategy drawdowns.

Journey: Supply Liquidity → Earn Strategy-Funded Yield → Withdraw Liquidity

Borrower

A Borrower accesses capital from a vault-powered lending market. They borrow against collateral and repay principal under protocol-defined constraints.

Journey: Deposit Collateral → Borrow Capital → Repay Principal or Liquidation
